The cryptomarket.kz platform makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information provided to investors. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute error-free nature of data obtained from third parties (including oracles, independent appraisers, and state registries).

Data Sources

We integrate data from various sources to calculate Occupancy, Rental Yield, and market value indicators. In the event of a discrepancy between on-chain oracle data and the official audited reporting of the SPV, the audited reporting takes precedence.
